Im Winter 2013/2014 war ich das erste Mal im Kamerun und habe dort in Buea Hanne Ramminger besucht. Der Aufenthalt und insbesondere das HOTPEC-Waisenhaus bewogen mich, im Herbst 2014 für sechs Wochen ins Waisenhaus zu gehen um zu sehen, welche Aufgaben ich bei einem weiteren längeren Aufenthalt übernehmen könnte.
Als ehemaliger Lehrer war mir klar, dass ich im im Vocational College gemeinsam mit den dortigen Lehrern methodische und didaktische Fragen diskutieren und auch im Unterricht tätig sein wollte. So war ich von Februar 2015 bis Juni 2015 für viereinhalb Monate im HOTPEC.

Together with Hanne Nies-Ramminger I spent in the winter of 2013/2014 my first time in Buea. This stay and especially the HOTPEC orphanage induced me to return for six weeks to figure out, which tasks I could realize in a longer stay.
As former teacher that I wanted to teach at the Vocational College and more importantly discuss with the teachers about didactic and methodolical questions to improve the educational concept in HOTPECs schools. Hence, I was from february until june of 2015 for four and ahalf moths at HOTPEC.
I am currently living in Karlsruhe Oberreut.{:}
